The toolkit generator report package has stopped working without Labview 2019

The Report Generator toolkit package works fine on Labview 2018, but when I try to use it on version 2019 it doesn't work. I wonder if this has happened to more people and if anyone can help me solve my problem.

You can try replacing the deprecated "New Report" with "Create Report.vi". It is a little strange that your Report Out indicator at the end is a type def, but that is just an observation.

I'm going to guess that you got the report generator toolkit on the 2018 labview... with the licensing for that one...

two weeks ago, one of my VI's started doing this too because my license (a 7d trial at the time) expired and I was able to extend it to September.... so you may just have an expired license. This can be checked through NI's install manager program.

I could be wrong though....

I just tried a "Revised Excel Example" that I wrote in 2014 using LabVIEW 2013 and with Office 2013.  I just downloaded this example (you can find it on the Forum by searching for it, see search suggestion above) and ran it in LabVIEW 2019.  It ran fine, despite using a deprecated version of New Report/Create Report.

One thing to know is that Excel 2016 has a new field that causes an Error (until you fix the LabVIEW code, as has been documented here in the Forum), but the bottom line is that the Report Generation Toolbox seems to work just fine in LabVIEW 2019.  If you are having errors, it is either your code (my example is way simpler) or your licensing/permissions.
