I found a solution or work-arround this problem.

When an error -2146823683 occure I wait for 100 ms and start the VI again, up to 3 times.

Now the problem is not occuring again. I think my assumption that LV has not filled the "paste" buffer is correct.

With some more time the problem is gone....
