Thorlabs USB Spectrometer

Hello    lutzhoerl I have recently bought TCD 1304 CCD Linear array with its circuit board and USB cable, i want to build a mini spectrometer to analyze fat oils from different animals.I have little experience in labVIEW, so i found some labVIEW files with the device.Please advice me on how to build a spectrometer GUI for this device.I Kind regards Faisal Sani Bala

I wish to write a python code for a spectrometer, similar to Thorlabs Spectrometer. I am a novice in Python. I have been able to control the KDC 101 (thorlabs linear stage controller) with the help of GitHub. So can you provide some help regarding the python code for the spectrometer ?

why do you ask in a LabVIEW when you need Python code?

Would it make more sense to ask in a Python board?
