Time out tcp ip open connection

I don't want to connect of an other computer, i have a small modul, and i want to communcate with this.

I work on the port 2101 or 2601, and they are open

I tested your example, from this subject, on our network and it works only if port are correctly opened.

NB: Be sure that no firewall block access

there is no firewall because, it is not computer but a small server tcp
