Hello,
I'd like to make a timer that will control an external relay connected to the RS-232 port or in the future by NI card.
I've put the initial timer design into a simple image.
In the "cycle" field, we enter percentage values. For example, 60% means that the relay will be switched on for 6 minutes and off for 4 minutes.
The number of cycles, e.g., 10,000.
After entering the cycle value, we press the start button and the system activates the relay and a green indicator light turns on.
After reaching the set cycle of 6 minutes, the system switches off the relay and a red indicator light stays on for 4 minutes.
Fields where put time in % of 10 munutes :
- CYCLE
Fields where display values :
- remain time on
- remain time off
- setup time on
- setup time off
Buttons :
START
STOP
RESET
Please give sample simple program.

What have you tried so far and where are you stuck?
(When you want someone else to do your job you should post in the JobOfferings forum and provide a decent payment…)
