Timescale isn't read from file. It appears as data.

I'm using Labview 7.0 evaluation version. I'm trying to get waverform data from a txt or lvm file. Regardless of whcih type of file I select I get a timescale which corresponds with the number of records. The time is displayed as a data set along with the signal. How do I get the correct timescale on my data and be able to calculate slopes and the duration of those slopes.

Hello,

I'm not sure I understand your question. The best thing to do would be to check out the LabVIEW examples on doing this. Search for spreadsheet in the example finder and there are quite a few examples. If they don't answer your question then please try to be more specific.

Regards,
Ryan K.
