To Trigger SMU(4137) using a Pattern

Hi,

Need your technical help here. 

I have a program below which uses pattern to trigger-source the SMU(4137). 

My setup is 8 different channels "one Thead per subsystem" under several slot/card.

The problem is the error encountered on channel 3 only. I use pin-map here so no chance to change the assigned channel. Please see error description below.

Is there any fix on this?

if all sites run on the same 657x pattern card, you don't need individual triggers for each SMU instead only one trigger from 657x routed to all 8 SMUs

Yes, I use 1 trigger to all 8 SMUs.

The error encountered is only on SMU3.
