Touch Panel with cDAQ or cRIO

Is it possible to use an HMI touch panel with cRIO or cDAQ chassis? since they have in-built OS can I use they like independent computer?

If yes can you share references on the how to achieve this?

The cDAQ-913x series used to have a mini-display-port connector but is discontinued.

The cRIO-903x and 904x also have mini-display-port and at least the 904x is still sold. However your touchpanel will have to have a display port compatible output and provide a mouse compatible touch panel interface that can be connected to one of the USB connectors for this to work.
