Tree Control Property "Selection Mode" Broken in LV 21012?

Is setting selection mode of a tree control broken in 2012?

Please see attached example.

Nevermind. I missed the part in the help file that indicates you can't go from a 0 or 1 to a 2 or a 3 at run time.
