Trouble creating order cuts using self generated speed profile

I have a vi that should create order cuts from waveform data. It performs flawlessly when my input for the speed profile comes from a pulse signal.  Unfortunately most of the time my speed is already a scaled value.  I use a case structure to switch between the two methods.  The case where I am generating the speed profile is not working.  The profile looks good and I have even made sure that the time stamps line up and the cluster is setup using the same constant that the origional vi uses. Anyone using this have any ideas???  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Randy,

The LabVIEW Project file does not contain VIs, it is simply an xml file that has links to the files in it. So please attach your VI so we can comment on it.
