Trouble upgrading from package 'ni-ssp-notifier (19.0.0.49152-0+f0)' to 'ni-ssp-notifier (20.6.0.49152-0+f0)'.

Hello, I have been having trouble downloading LabView Community Edition for the last month and need any help I can get. I've tried changing the permission of the %temp% folder and redownloading the download launcher but I just can't figure it out.

Has anyone resolved this issue?  I can not install TestStand 2022 due to this error.

An error occurred while upgrading from package 'ni-ssp-notifier (19.0.0.49152-0+f0)' to 'ni-ssp-notifier (20.6.0.49152-0+f0)'.

Additional error information:
• An error occurred while running the custom execute queue 'pre'.
• A file does not exist at the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\SSP Notifier\SSP Notifier.exe'.
• An error occurred in OnTransactionStep for transaction type 'upgrade'.

The 2nd bullet point is correct the 'SSP Notifier' folder does not exist.
