I have a new PC with VISTA 32 Business OS. I am trying to install LabVIEW 8.2. Each time I attempt the install, I get to the 2nd CD (Device Driver Reference CD) and somewhere along the install, the install bombs and the OS bombs. The bombs are all over the place from DLL not found to system driver corrupted. The part number on my box is 850678U-09 and it is labeled 'Upgrade. LabVIEW 8.20 Prof Dev System including one year of maintenance, Win 2000/XP.
LabVIEW did not become compatible with Windows Vista until version 8.2.1. Which means the version 8.2 that you are trying to install is not compatable with Vista.
