UDP Receiver not working without Wireshark

In my LabVIEW application, I have to receive Data frames from a embedded module continuously via Ethernet (UDP protocol is used). My VI receives frames when I start monitoring using wireshark and If I stop monitoring using wireshark, my VI also not receiving data frames. Suggest your solution.

I disabled Firewall also but still same problem
