Hello,
I recently plugged in my 7856 FPGA board with USB and power supply, and when doing so, this is happening. Im not sure if this is normal. Could someone tell me what could be the issue. I am supply 9-12V and i put 0.5 A current limitor. I tired increaseing the current limitor, but anyways its not going higher than 0.5V when reading it. Secondly, we were trying with only usb thinking it would work but the instruction sheet wasnt tooo clear if it could standalone with just USB.
