USB-9162 not being recognized in MAX

Running LV2011 with a USB-9162 Carrier and a NI 9211A thermocouple input module. MAX recognizes the 9211, but the 9162 is not shown. Screenshot attached.

Hi Mike,

The 9162 is just a sleeve, so it shouldn't show up in MAX by itself. If you open up Device Manager, it should show up as 9162 No Cartridge. When you plug your 9211 into the 9162, the 9211 will show in MAX like your screenshot shows, but a 9162 by itself will not.
