USB Relaismodul

Dear people,please help beginner please!
I have USB Relaiscard USBREL8/A from Quancom .It has 8 relais which possible to communicate from USB port.I also downloaded example from Quancom.de .The problem is software submited from Quancom cant work with two devices together.I tried to use another commands,but I have message about command is not supported by card driver.But this programms described in card manual! Any idea how to make it works?

My tipp to you, is to install the latest driver for your USB board.
Or the driver which seems to work with the order (see manual).
Which software you use to communicate with the USB boards?

Hi,

Use the USB Relaiscard USBREL8/A from Quancom supplied driver to control your USB device by installing your device, each time you plug it in the *.inf will initiate your device with *.sys.
Use *.dll to communicate with your device using the call library function node which may contain functions that communicate with your device

Uisng NI-VISA Driver development wiazard. Details are in the NI document for VISA from ni site or you can avail in the VISA manual

Hi,

I use the Relaismodul from Quancom too. I communicate with them through quapigetdi8.vi and quapiputdo8.vi. In my program I communicate with a devise per USB to RS232 and with many devises per USB to GPIB. If my program is finished and I want to restart it again, I have the problem with USB Relaismodul from Quancom. I habe to restart my PC again and then I can start my program again. I would like to know whether it is possibly to work without restarting PC. I work with Windows7 and labView2011.
