Sounds to me like you're blocking your event handler due to some system event. The fact thst you see a freeze after a keypress would support this.

But what he says is whenever he connects any usb device than it freezes.

Thank you guys ..
The programs is block with some USB devices , not all , for example an USB modem or the USB keyboard , ..
The USB modem block the program automatically , when the O.S detect the connection.
The USB keyboard , in other hand , only block the program in one case when I use some features in other programs ( not related with Labview at all ) and I need to push one key and move the mouse through an image ( to see the pixel amplitud for example ) I repeat this program is not related with Labview. If I do the same with and PS/2 key board , it does not happen .
The problem is that I don't have access to the code , it is developed by a third party and they said , and it is true , that the system is working in other computers ( of course this is one of the first with windows 7 ).

I truly don't mean to be facetious, but what's a "problem facer buddy?"

And what is it that you can do about this?
I understand that the software is not changable for/by you and, on the other hand, you can do nothing about the hardware setup.
So what is it what you can do where we can help you with?

This is actually very difficult stage. better talk to the third party person and discuss the issue. He can surely help you as he may intentionally doing this.
