Hi
I have a labview 6.1 application running on machine A and do some datalogging in a citadel database, on machine A.
I am able to configure an ODBC connection and use Access to retreive the data from the same machine (A).
I'd like to be able to retreive the information from machine B too. Here the steps I followed :
- Installed Logos
- Made sure that Citadel files are not read only
- Made the share, full access
- Configured my ODBC connection (using "\\A\HMIData" that is the share name of the directory)
- Started the Citadel service from the NI Service Manager (smgr.exe)
- Start Access
- Tried to link a table using the ODBC connection I made
- Got the message "Unable to connect to data source"
Is there anything else
I forgot to do?
I need an answer, it's kinda urgent
