Unknown item in dependencies : "System"

At this point, I'm just curious what this item is, and it is not actually causing a problem...

I was looking into cleaning up a project I'm working on and I found this:

When I right click and select "why is this item in dependencies" it responds with "No items found".  All the other things in this list can easily be attributed to their callers.

Has anyone else seen this in LV2013?  I don't ever recall seeing this in previous versions... but maybe I've just never noticed it.

That would be the System.llb.  It handels some of the lower level things like System exec.vi and Beep.vi
