Unresolved Dependencies Error When Installing Software on Sbrio

Hello everyone, I am working on Sbrio 9607 I wanted to Install Software through the custom software installation, because the recommended Linux RT system image 21.0 comes with python installation 3.5.5, and I need to work with higher python version.

so I thought about customizing the installation. knowing that I work with Labview 21 with installed modules FPGA, Real-time Labview and compact RIO, the softwares suggested are with older versions as shown below.. 

I don't know if it is the reason behind showing the error of unresolved dependencies, or if it is for another reason..

in the example below, it asks to install Labview RT 21, when it is already installed..

This issue occurs when there is either a software version mismatch between the host PC and the Real-Time (RT) target, required software is missing from the host PC, or there is a software corruption on the RT Target preventing from installing new packages. To resolve this, take the following steps form this Article.
