Unused tunnels to While Loop

Thanks to everyone for your input.  I now understand what is going on.

To resolve the last couple of questions.  Yes, the wire going off to the right goes to the third loop.  The note was about the center of section of the block diagram I sent.  I took it out when I took the wires out and did not put it back when I restored the wires.  Obviously, I need to add that and many more notes as I clean up this code.

Hopefully, you'll clean up the code in a way where that note is no longer useful and wouldn't need to be added back 😃
