Updating LabVIEW on a PC with a Home License

I have a user with a PC at home using a non-expiring Home License file for LabVIEW 2013 Professional Developoment System.

They are being offered, by NI Update Service, many LabVIEW 2014 updates.

Will their existing Home License file license them for these LabVIEW 2014 updates (in full licensed mode not in time limited evaluation mode) or will they need to be issued with a new Home License file?

why don't you discuss license issues directly with NI? Their customer support will have the answer to your question…

As long as your SSP is still current, it should activate just fine.  But as always, talk with your local NI rep to make sure.
