Use Old Bitstream option disappeared for FPGA compile/run

We are using the Labview FPGA Module.

Somehow my co-worker has disabled the Use Old Bitstream option dialog from appearing.

It is really annoying to have to recompile when only making a cosmetic change.

Anyone know how to restore this dialog box?

I have looked everywhere, including the registry.

It has disappeared for all users.
