Using CDAQ 9137 and 9230 run a accelerator signal acquisition program, but 9137 lost collection with controllerer

I'm using CDAQ 9137 and 9230 run a accelerator signal acquisition program, but 9137 lost collection with controller randomly, and reconnect with the controller after a period of time. Then NI device monitor find 9137 and pop up a window, as shown in attachment. I really confused that the environment is not crucial, why this happens? Any way, 9137 is integrated with the controller. Can this problem caused by the program? But this program has run for more than 3 years

By the way, this problem never reappear in the lab, it only occurs when the device carry out the transportation monitoring task, and it is placed in a train carriage. I thought the vibration may be the reason, but this is not a strong reason because the vibration is not very serious.

Is there anyone encounter the same or similar problem?

From your description of the problem, it sounds like a "hardware problem", possibly a "bad connection" or a "failing component" somewhere.  The picture is totally useless -- I can't tell what it is trying to show, except for a pop-up that I can not read that is covering up a Front Panel that I cannot easily see either.

The message shown in pop up window is"Find device NI CDAQ-9137" From this message I think 9137 lost connection with controller, and reconnect after a while.
