Would like to seek advice here on doing FFT for the measurements of Vibration Analysis of the Accelerometer. I have attached my VI and the datasheet of the accelerometer. The sensor is using Modbus RS485 RTU .
1) How do I do set the sampling frequency, frequency rate and no of samples on the three axial data captured on LabVIEW? After the calculations and scaling from the accelerometers specification sheet from the Modbus Registers. (There is no mentioned about the frequency set on the manual I attached for Modbus...) I temporarily used the waveform chart to plot the data captured
2) From 1, how can I go about for FFT on the spectrum?
Could kindly advice as I am very new to signal processing? Thanks
