Using LabVIEW with MCC daq

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello:

I am trying to connect my DAQ to LabVIEW. I am using the guide that you can find attached, and a tutorial on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GqyooarvbuM). However, I am not able to do it properly. Since I have a the following error: SubVI 'ULx Create Virtual Channel.vi': required input 'physical channels' is not wired. Moreover, when I select the function "create Channel" I got 30 warnings, I think because the name of the folder is different from what expected (LabView 2013 instead of LabView 8.5).

Can someone help me?

Thanks,

Gianmario

Hi Gian,

- you need to wire required inputs of subVIs!

- warnings are just warnings - they are no errors: as long as the functions work as intended you can ignore them…

I guess it is me you are calling "you"…

When your "MCC DAQ" does not detect any "physical channels" then either your "MCC DAQ" is broken or your software installation is not valid!

Do you mind to provide more information? Which DAQ device do you use? Which MCC software did you install? Which LabVIEW version do you use?

Best regards,
GerdW

Hi Manjunath,

does InstaCal show the expected results? (Is ULx installed correctly?)

Best regards,
GerdW
