Using NI-5641R with both FPGA and the instrument driver

Hi,

I've "inherited" a NI PXI-5641R with a FPGA code acquiring spectrum and performing FFT on both inputs.

However, it has another two outputs I would like to use for simple DC biasing.

Would it be possible to use the instrument driver to apply DC voltage on one of the outputs while the FPGA for the inputs is running simultaneously?

Thanks,

Ran

rvardimon,

I support RIO products, but the 5641R is an IF RIO, which is unique.  There is a specialty discussion forum that deals especially with IF RIO products, and would be the better place to ask this question, as well as a place that you are more likely to get an answer.  See the link below:

Good Luck!
