The Page Setup option in the VI menu bar has a checkbox to enable a Print header (name/date/page #). When this box is checked and the Print Window menu bar item selected, no such header appears on the printed output. Selecting the Custom Margins radio button in the Page Setup does change the margins, so the Page Setup is working to some extent. What am I missing? I am using a customised menu bar with Print Window, Page Setup, and Exit only.
