Using labview 8.0 to control relays

Hello,
I am looking for a sample IV to work off of to create a program that will help me to open and close two relays using the DTR and RTS pins on a com port.

However I am unable to form simple TF conditions that will make this action possible. Would some one be able to offer incite on this issue?
