Did you install the LabVIEW Library? Did you follow the examples in the documentation? Did you try something simple first?

Hello M_Shaben,
You should be able to select the device and channel when using the ULx Create Channel VI, according to this youtube getting started video. The error message "your device doesn't support operation" implies you did not select the miniLAB 1008 device or the miniLAB 1008 does not support some ULx API functionality.
I would try following the youtube example and see if that works. Assuming it doesn't, I would then speak with Measurement Computing for help getting started with their hardware and driver.

Hello M_Shaban,
Is it possible to see your LabVIEW VI? If you are getting an error from the minilab 1008, you might need to contact the Measurement Computing's support since we are not familiar with their hardware or their driver.
