Hi cdiaz,
I'm not too familiar with the Linx toolkit for Beaglebone, but based on this announcement the IMAQ and USRP toolkits are not supported using Linx:
We currently do not support any toolkits or modules, but we've been experimenting with a couple to see what it would take to support things like web services.
I'd suggest posting in the Linx forums to see if there are any updates on support for toolkits and modules in Linx.

I will start looking for another way, looks like they don't support the main toolkits and modules I need.

Would it be possible to deploy those modules and toolkits before hand?

cdiaz,
Could you speak towards a little more what you mean by deploying the modules/toolkits beforehand?
Thanks!

I mean for example the IMAQ and USRP libraries are probably the ones giving the errors when they are called because they are .dll for windows only. Is there any way to work around it in order to make the USRP and IMAQ toolkits available for beaglebone?

No worries! I just wanted to make sure your question gets answered the best it can.
Since .dll files are compiled and native to Windows, as far as I know there isn't a way to run them on a Linux build. That functionality would come down to the creators of BeagleBone and them deciding to support it. I'd second what the_mitten said about the Linx forums--they might have more experience with it one way or the other.
Best of luck!
