The program runs ok when I create my exe...but my aim is to, not only identify a list of com ports, but also to choose the one connected to my external hardware....(reading scr-...look my png.)....

In the program you are using COM1 all the time. This is wrong.

The way you are writing is wrong.

Let me modify according to you.
