How can we get VISA address of tektronix TDS 2014B oscilliscope ?

You'll need to be specific. What sort of connection - serial, USB, GPIB, ethernet? You use the com port it's connected to if serial, USB will show up in MAX, GPIB will show up after a scan for instruments, and ethernet will appear after you add a TCP/IP resource in MAX. Then in LabVIEW, you just select it from the resource name pull down menu.

The connection is of USB and what is MAX ? Its NI  MAX ? from where can I install it on my pc ?

MAX is Measurement & Automation Explorer. It should be on your desktop if you installed NI-VISA. NI-VISA has to be installed in order to communicate to your scope. The instrument should appear in windows device manager and MAX as a USBTMC device.
