There are a few ways in which you can accomplish this. If you search in the example finder (Help » Find Examples...) for HTML there are a few examples that show you how to generate an HTML report in LabVIEW. Additionally, you can also use remote front panels to show your actual VI through a website. This doesn't really save a usable HTML document but it enables you to see (and control) the actual VI in a website.
