VXI slow

The attached very simple vi runs rather slowly on one PC and more than 10 times faster on a 2nd nominally identical PC.  Both PC's are connected to the same VXIpc-872B through an ethernet switch.  Any ideas why one PC might run so slowly?  Both PCs use NiViVxi.dll version 3.1.0.35 according to MAX.

No w that someone has broken the ice...

Is the default time out value for both machines the same?

I was able to further isolate the problem this morning.  The "slow" PC has two NIC cards.  I switched the VXI controller to the other network connection and disabled the card it was originally connected to.  I also had to change the IP setting of the card now connected to the VXI controller.  In this configuration the problem vanished.  I've concluded the problem has something to do with the network card and/or its driver.  I have no need to pursue this further.
