I need an instrument driver for MTS 5800. I wonder if anyone here has worked with this kind of instrument and can give hints how to find a driver for this instrument.

The first place to look for instrument drivers is the IDNet. Did you look there?
The next place is the website of the device manufacturer. Did you ask them?

They offer a manual, and they offer software like "Smart Access Anywhere"…
