Video sequence disappears from Image Display

I am using the new image display control from the Vision control palette to display real-time video as a series of images. When I start the program everything seems to be working correctly and the video is working as intended, however, when I move the mouse anywhere over the Image Display control - the images stop appearing yet the program still runs. When I display just one image rather than a video, I am able to move the mouse throughout the field as well as select such tools as the ROI from the control. Please let me know if you have any suggestions as to remedy this glitch.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

I'm not exactly sure what might be causing this problem. Does this happen when you run the shipping examples? Which framegrabber board are you using? If you aren't using a framegrabber, how are you acquiring the image?

If you are using an NI framegrabber, you should probably try out the HL Grab example that ships with NI-IMAQ. You can find this in the Example Finder if you browse by directory structure to the IMAQ/High Level folder. I have tested this VI on my system with a PCI-1409, and I do not see the problem you are describing.

Also, what software versions are you using (NI-IMAQ, LabVIEW, Vision, etc...)?

Let me know if the example behaves the same way.

Best Regards,

Jesse D.
