Once you paste the image to replace the frame make sure you set the Z-order so that it's all the way in front. Otherwise you'll get part of the underlying control show up.

It's customization chicanery that was done.

Yes, when I import the graphics in the cluster frame it gets underlined. Can you explain me the procedure to get it up-front? (Setting Z-order that you mentioned)

I was able to set the z-order to "Move to front". However, after doing this I'm unable to view contents of cluster even while re-ordering cluster contents
