The "picture" is tiny, incomplete, shows you are apparently doing "something" (who knows what?) with LabVIEW Vision. The error clearly arises because LabVIEW can't find the Arduino -- neither could I!
Don't show "pictures of pieces of a Block Diagram" and then ask a question that can't be answered by looking at the pictures. What are you trying to do?
