I don't run a firewall on my pc. There is a firewall for the LAN though. Any chance that the firewall is causing the problem?

I am sure that the web server is on, the htm file is in the www folder. i followed every step described in the manual but no progress.
I will keep trying and if anyone has any ideas i will be obliged.
