Hi srh,

you implement wafer mapping by collecting all the measurement data you need and use those data to fill intensity graphs…

Then add nice features like histograms or "good/bad" detection for chip picking.

Do you want a "picture" or a Text File with data in one of the (several) Wafer Map output formats?  And how are you getting the data to put into the Map?
