Wave chart shrinks back everytime when reaching 5 minutes

I made a waveform chart that that have a 5 minutes major thick but I noticed that everytime the chart lines reaches 5 minutes, it will shrink back to 3 minutes and kept on repeating the cycle.

I have been changing the scales here and there but couldn't get it to work; the time scale either dont follow system time or it kept shrinking back.

Did I misunderstood something?

Increase the Chart's Histry Length (Context menu).
