If it has been said earlier, I apologize, but if not, in my opinion the "Export to Excel" right-click option can be useless.
The exported data depends on the properties of your X and Y axis. If you do not want to show a lot of digits on your axis, in your VI change the number of significant digits in the Y-axis, guess what, Export to Excel will have the same number of digits as your Y-axis. Say you want to show SI notation on your axis, guess what, Export to Excel, will now have SI notation. So you will have to figure out how to plot 31m in Excel.
NI really needs to step up their game for this feature to be useful in my opinion.
