Thanks for replying. The said behavior happens when you have the remote panel running on the same compute. When you publish the web page You can see it on the same machine and if you do that. You have your Vi with one set of times, and your browser panel with another on the same machine!!
Its definitely a bug and I have also submitted it to NI Support.
