Web Server with Mozilla Firefox on cRIO

I am using a web service on my cRIO-9012.  I am developing my code on a windows box, but eventually the cRIO will be connected to a linux box.  Only Firefox is available on the linux box.  While testing on my windows box, IE seems to load the web service fine, but firefox has a small little dot instead of the front panel.  I've read somewhere that Labview detects what browsers are installed and provides a plug-in for those browsers, but I have just upgraded to Labview 2010 after having firefox on my computer.  I notice that on IE asks to use activex content, and knowing firefox doesn't have activex.  Is that the reason why?  Will I have this issue on my linux box connecting to the cRIO?

Hello,

As of now, you will not be able to use Web Services on your system with the Linux O/S. The Web Services FAQ below provides more information about this and Web Services.
