What LabVIEW course should I take?

Hi!

My boss has given me approval to take a LabVIEW course (finally, after 3.5 years of using it here!).

I'm not a beginner, I don't think...  I have a programming background and have worked in LabVIEW to develop some systems that are by no means beginner.  Can I jump right into an advanced course?  I'm ultimatly after the LabVIEW Architech certification.

I would really like a course tha went over XControls and OOP in LabVIEW.

Thanks for your time and advice,

-Nic

I am pretty sure you can start on any class other than starting at the second part of a class

I'm thinking of going into the OOP course.  The topics in the other course i already know.  Or, at least, I *think* I already know... 😛

If I were given those 2 choices it would be no contest: OOP. You will end up using OOP far more often than XControls.

See if you can ask your boss and get a chance to self-pace the other courses (they are cheaper that way). Since you already know the material, you can understand it quickly and with, hopefully, few doubts that can be answered on the forums.
