What camera can I use to acquire human body images?

I want to acquire human movements. Is PCI-8254R an appropriate acquisition board? Does NI have any camera (or alliance member) to this application?

How fast are the movements you want to capture? Or to put it another way, what are you looking for in terms of a frame-rate?

The frame rate should be in range 60-100Hz.
Thanks,

At these rates there are any number of cameras that would fill the bill. Do you have any other requirements? Also, in your original post you mentions alliance members, are you looking for someone to build this application for you under contract?

Hi Mike,

My dificulties are that I am a physical therapis with knowledge in Labview programming. Hardware specification is my weakness. The application I developed already using a webcam, but its frame rate is too slow. It is possible that the algorithm may need some changes after changing cameras, but I can handle it. The camera must acquire gray scale images, and if possible, in area scan mode. Thanks again!
