What channels should I use to connect SPDT Switch.

Dear all,

I am using DAQ card and SCB 68 for my project.  I have to connect two limit switches SPDT Switch with 3/4" Roller Lever which I bought from radioshack.  Your can find them on radioshack.com.  I know it will be analog input channels,  but just confused, which will be best to use? How do I connect the ground and where is it on the switch?  Smiley Indifferent

Thanks a lot in advance.

Nick.

You're going to have to explain a bit more. What are you limiting and how do you want to use the switches? Are the switches in some existing circuit and do you want to monitor their closure? Switches don't have a 'ground' connection. A SPDT switch has a common connection, a normally closed connection, and a normally open connection. What voltages are where and when depend on how you wire it in your circuit.

Also, this isn't really a LabVIEw question. You might want to pick another forum.
