What is the difference between PCI-1409 and PCI-1410 ?

I am looking for an acquisition card to process images from two RS-170 cameras. The opportunity to use I/O lines to generate pulses may be something interesting for us.
 
At the first look, I find the PCI-1410 witch seems to fit our needs. But, I see that there is also the PCI-1409 (at exactly the same price). The datasheets seem to describe the same functionalities for both cards and I wonder why there is two number for (I think) the same product ?
 
Also, I would like to know if it will be possible to make timing measurements (delay between two pulses) with the input lines.

Does not support Non-Standard Video Types
Avaiable for both PCI and PXI

1410
Support Non-Standard Video Types
Only Available for PCI

There is not a way to measure the time between pulses with 1409/1410, if you want this information I would encourage you to purchase a counter board (6601 or a 6602) or an M-Series DAQ Board (the DAQ boards each have 2 counters).  You could use the 1409/1410 in conjunction with the 6601/6602/M-Series and even share digital signals between the boards across the RTSI Bus.
