What is this icon called?

please can someone tell me which icon this is? I am using labview 2021 and i can't find it.

 Any idea about their names? i have the basic labview 2021 version and i can't seem to find these icons. I think they have a different appearance in the version i use.

Top is a generic subVI where the author failed to customize the icon. Bottom is a subVI where the author chose to show the connectors instead of the icon in the caller, so all bets are off.

Not sure about the second one, but the third says something about VISA easy IO, so start with that.

What is the purpose of this exercise? You really won't get very far trying to generate an existing VI from a picture, especially since the code you are showing is quite chaotic and not well written (e.g. no terminal labels!). Contact whoever wrote the VI or tell us what you are trying to do.
